Comprehensive Recruitment Campaign:
Engaging Gen Z & Gen Alpha Talent


The Wellspring project aimed to engage and recruit a new generation of thought leaders from Gen Z, fostering a connection to Jewish values and traditions through innovative programs. By leveraging targeted digital strategies and culturally resonant messaging, the project focused on creating lasting relationships with a diverse  Gen Z audience, ultimately surpassing recruitment goals and expanding its impact.


Surpassed recruitment goals in the first year, exceeding expectations for engaging Gen Z candidates for the Wellspring project.

In the second year, successfully exceeded recruitment targets again, even as the goal was quadrupled, demonstrating the effectiveness of the refined strategy.

Utilized data-driven insights to create personalized messaging that resonated with Gen Z's values, leading to higher engagement and application rates.

Combating Social Isolation among Older Adults


The Giving Tuesday campaign at DOROT was designed to drive donations by highlighting the urgent need to support socially isolated older adults. Through strategic email marketing, the campaign aimed to inspire donors with compelling storytelling, emphasizing the immediate impact of contributions.

By crafting personalized, engaging content and creating a sense of urgency, the campaign strengthened donor relationships, increased participation, and raised 31% more funds compared to the previous year.
